Terms of Service

 

1. Introduction

Welcome to Zenora, operated by Pyrabit UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (“Zenora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Zenora application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms cover all aspects of your use of the Zenora app available on iOS and Android platforms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.

 

2. Eligibility

The Service is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 14. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 14 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are between the ages of 14 and 18, you confirm that you have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use the Service and that they have agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

 

3. User Account

In order to access certain features of the Service, including AI consultations, you must create a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested during the account creation process and to update such information to maintain its accuracy. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for keeping your password secure. If you wish to delete your account, you can do so through the app, which will result in the deletion of all your personal data stored by us.

 

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Zenora offers additional premium features through a subscription model. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and grant access to features such as AI consultations.

  • Subscription Title: Premium Subscription
  • Subscription Duration: Monthly
  • Subscription Price: $8.99 (USD) per month
  • Subscription Benefits: Receive 1000 AI credits for advice and analysis every month. One credit equals one consulting message or analysis.
  • Subscription Cycle: All subscriptions are charged in advance on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the date you initiated your first subscription, unless cancelled.
  • Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the subscription settings on your iOS or Android device. No refunds are provided for any unused portion of the term.
  • No Money Back: Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods, except as required by applicable law.

 

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. The use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

 

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Service.

 

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pyrabit UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, without express written permission from us.

 

8. Termination and Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through the app as mentioned.

 

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Zenora and Pyrabit UG (haftungsbeschränkt) make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of these services, their content, and any services or items obtained from us is at your sole risk.

Under no circumstances will Zenora be responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of the Service or your account or the information contained therein.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, which governs the agreement without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

 

11. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By using the Zenora app, you also agree to comply with the terms of service and privacy policy of these third-party providers. The AI technology is used to provide AI consultations and other functionalities within the app. We recommend verifying any critical health information provided by the AI with a qualified professional.

 

15. End User License Agreement (EULA)
